In my opinion, it did not bring anything particularly interesting… maybe except for MS15-002, Vulnerability in Windows Telnet Service Could Allow Remote Code Execution (3020393)?!?

Who uses a Telnet server on Windows in production? (On AS/400 with TN5250 I can understand it ;-P)
